The means at Placemaking Week Europe 2019
In June 2019, The means took part in Placemaking Week Europe, hosted at La Marina de Valencia, an area that has itself undergone a placemaking transformation from an underutilised space that is disconnected from neighbouring districts, to a place with its own sense of vibrancy and activity.
Placemaking Week aims to improve all of our approaches to placemaking by sharing knowledge and ideas between practitioners from a wide range of countries. Participants ranged from the public and private sector, including developers, civil servants, politicians and small and large companies alike.
