To work with businesses to co-curate a support package and potential business association in the area around the Earls Court exhibition centre development.
The development of the Earls Court area, including the site that once held the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, is a significant development site in London. The development is planned to bring 7,500 new homes, a town centre area, and an as yet undefined cultural attraction to the site, but is currently delayed. The means have been appointed by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to work with businesses to create a package of local support and a potential business forum, helping to strengthen communication and the local business environment. The project will co-curate with businesses, the developer and the Council a manifesto for placemaking and business support.
The first step involves visiting a large number of businesses to understand their needs.
