Project Description: 

Managing a small BID effectively requires a wide-range of skillsets and a fresh perspective can often be helpful.

Based on discussion with the client, we designed and carried out consultation with BID members, the Board, the BID manager, the Local Authority, and reviewed documentation and progress against the BID’s objectives.

We identified with the BID a number of areas such as governance processes and communication where we were able to make specific recommendations for implementation during the remainder of the BID’s first term.
