To review the progress and governance of the BID and make recommendations for the future.

Project Description: 

We carried out consultation with BID members, the Board, the BID manager, the Local Authority, and reviewed documentation and progress against the BID’s objectives.

We identified with the BID a number of areas such as communications, delivery against objectives and governance processes where we were able to make specific recommendations for implementation.
