We continuously review records of our subscribers to ensure your data is as accurate as possible and always appreciate it if you let us know if your contact details change. If you do not want to receive any further information from us and would like us to remove your name from our mailing list, please contact us to let us know.

You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold about you so that you know that it is being held and processed lawfully. We must provide your information within one month (30 days). If the request is complex the timescale can be extended by a further two months to a total of 90 days.

To help us locate any personal information about you that you may be seeking (or in case we need to get in touch with you to obtain further information to help us locate your records) we may require some information from you, such as your name and email address.

Changes to policy

Any changes to this Policy will be notified by displaying the word ‘NEW’ next to the ‘Privacy Policy’ link on our Site at least 30 days before putting such changes take effect. This privacy policy was last updated on December 2023.
