the means is the successor to Peter Williams Consultants LLP, a
successful practice based in Llanelli, South Wales, with some 15 years
of experience to its name. James Thomas joined the practice in 2001,
and Giles Semper in 2002. The change of name coincides with the opening
of the practice's second office in the Bankside area of London SE1. It
also reflects the desire of the practice to diversify the areas in
which it operates, and to bring into play the many creative individuals
with whom it associates, notably in Bankside itself.
