The City and Council of Swansea and the Welsh Assembly Government wish to enhance and develop the area around the Grand Theatre as a sustainable and vibrant mixed use area.

Working with a team led by Powell Dobson, The Means will develop an understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by retailers and other businesses in the area.

In particular we are exploring ways in which independent traders can contribute to making this an interesting and unique locale within the city centre.
