Legislation to make BIDs possible in Holland is currently going through the Dutch parliament. Peter Williams delivered two seminars to the large audience assembled in the ex-Phillips facility in Oss. His topic was how international experience could inform the emerging BIDs industry in Holland.

In a neat reversal of the British experience, it appeared from our straw poll of those who attended the seminars that the Dutch focus is mostly on business parks rather than town centres.
