Project Description:
Between 1996 and 2000 we led the partnership charged
with delivering the £35 million renewal of a failed shopping precinct and
declining housing estate in North Lambeth. Working with the local authority and
two of the country's largest Housing Associations we ran an office in the heart
of the estate ensuring good communication with the local community in a highly
politicised context.
